Pancake Day is usually in February. It is usually about 5 weeks before Easter. It is always on a Tuesday. This day is famous for the food called pancakes. In some English towns there are pancake races. Each runner has a pan (sertã) and a pancake. The runners must throw the pancake into the air and catch it.
